Melior > Our history
Melior Business Centers began operating in 1997 when it was founded by a group of professionals involved in the business center market. They noticed a scarcity of joint work spaces for professionals in relation to the demand..
Today, Melior is one of the oldest companies in Spain dedicated to providing business centers. It operates in six cities throughout the country with expansion to two more cities expected in 2015.
Melior began business in the city of Malaga by opening the business center Melior Málaga, located in the center of the city and aimed at furnishing flexible work spaces and ancillary services to clients in order to minimize their establishment and maintenance costs.
With an increasingly expansionist vision, the company added the Ciudad Real business center to its portfolio in 2001.
On becoming aware of an increasing demand from large and small firms in having a work space in the south of Spain, Melior opened two new business centers: the Edificio Melior Málaga, which is now its headquarters, and Melior Vasari, located in Puerto Banús at the economic and tourism heart of Marbella.
In early 2009, the company achieved a leap forward in quality when it founded two business centers in the Spanish capital: Melior Azca Madrid and Melior Diego de León, which endowed the brand with extra quality and entrenched it further in the business center sector.
Today, Melior is a market leader within the office rental sector and continues its expansion with an eye to opening two more business centers: one in Seville and another in Barcelona, thereby having a presence in all major Spanish cities.
