Malaga business center – Edificio Melior

Edificio Melior, the headquarters of Melior since 2003, is situated in the main area of growth of Malaga, at the economic and financial heart of the city. With a surface area of 2,000 m2, the business center houses 34 offices, each with natural lighting, two meeting rooms and one training room with space for 30 people.

Edificio Melior is well connected to the trade fair and conference center, the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos, and especially to the Andalusia Technology Park (Parque Tecnológio de Andalucía) where major companies are based. The business center is currently in the process of expanding. Edificio Melior is five minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from both the AVE (high-speed train) station and the bus station.

Located in the principal business-growth area of the city, close to the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos, the courts complex (Ciudad de la Justicia) and industrial estates of the city.

Numerous business have been opening in its surroundings and the services of the area are copious (restaurants, cafés, bank branches, etc.)

It is 500 meters from the metro (line 3 - Puerta Blanca).
