Melior Business Centres is born in 1999 from the association of a group of professionals from the business centres sector :

FERNANDO DE LEON and RAFAEL GONZALEZ (both from Malaga), ROSANA ALONSO (Madrid) and OLGA PUEYO (Zaragoza).

After a thorough market research, the situation of the office and business centres, the customer profile and the lacks of the services rendered by the existing centres, as well as the growing demand for space in the business centres was analyzed .

We came to the conclusion that there was a lack of consolidated BRANDS at national level in the sector, aimed at a medium/high level potential customer, capable of granting an image and services adapted to suit his needs. That is why MELIOR BUSINESS CENTRES brand was created .
 
     
 

  • To create a National Network of Melior buildings, interconnected among them working in the main cities, with an image and working method homogeneity, appropriate to the needs perceived among our customers.
